Ryan M. Thomas, Director of News Operations joined Catholic News Agency in 2009. As Director of Operations, Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day operations, administration and digital strategy for EWTN News’ digital platforms: Catholic News Agency and her sister agencies in Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian, as well as the “Catholic BuzzFeed”, ChurchPop, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Together they encompass the world’s largest Catholic digital media footprint with over 3.5 billion content views in 2017 alone.

His experience includes two years as CNA’s Latin American Bureau Chief where he oversaw the editorial and operational administration of Latin America’s largest Catholic news agencies and its expansion of new offices (Brazil and Chile) and readership (150% in 2013-2014).

Cameron Chell has been an advisor on two ICOs. Cameron is also a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the energy, technology and finance sectors.

Cameron is the founder and co-founder of several successful ventures including Business Instincts Group, Draganfly, Raptor Rig, ColdBore, and Urthecast (TSX: UR).

Swapan has over 25 years of senior finance and operations experience and has served at senior executive management levels, both in public and private companies in high growth technology, manufacturing, trading and oil field services industries.

He has held senior roles as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and served on the Board of some of these Companies.

He has extensive experience in public company reporting, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls and general overall financial and operational management.

He is a results driven and efficiency focused individual providing strategic advice to his clients.

Andy is a technology visionary with extensive experience leading software builds to tackle business problems.

He’s led dozens of development projects across his three decades in tech, working alongside leading partners like Microsoft and within a diverse industry set including healthcare, fintech, SaaS, AI and e-learning.

As Director of Technology, Andy pulls on his experience to build and deploy technologies using business-driven, agile processes. In his spare time, Andy sits on the Board of NAFI CT, a multi-service agency that provides programming and support for families and children with developmental needs.

Michael Arbach is a business-oriented software engineer with over fifteen years of experience in backend development and distributed architecture.

His knowledge is spread over multiple industries including energy, finance, and healthcare. He is an early blockchain enthusiast, developer and investor.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and speaks four languages.

Shane Giblin is a fund-raising executive whose experience has primarily been with the Catholic Church. He currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at St. Michael’s Abbey in Orange County, California, where he successfully completed a $120 M capital campaign and was instrumental in organically increasing the organization’s email list by 554%. Prior to arriving at St. Michael’s Shane spent seven years creating and growing a national donor base as the Director of Development at the Dynamic Catholic Institute (DCI). While at DCI he increased annual donation revenue by 2,204% from 2009 to 2015. In 2014, Shane was recognized for his vision and success when he was named to the FOCUS 30 Under 30 list. Shane holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
